When the princess of the largest city in space is kidnapped, a prince finds himself heading down an unexpected road to save her. An oddly matched crew and a mysterious captain aren't much, but Prince Kael Galtionie, determined to rescue the princess, soon discovers there's more to his new companions that what meets the eye.

Kael Galtionie was born to be king, but when he is forced to leave his golden home, he soon forgets his awaiting crown. Tossed into a galaxy of criminals and corrupt officials, Kael must learn to change his princely ways. A terrible weapon sits at the ready and he is the only one who can destroy it.

Amara Lee is a wanted rogue with mysterious abilities and more secrets than Kael can count. But she is the best captain for hire and the only one willing to accept Kael's challenging quest. Fight or flight, Kael will need her on his side.

Together, the unlikely heroes must wrestle together a team of outcasts, criminals, and traitors to set things right. A storm is brewing, and it's unlike anything space has seen before.
