Project 09

The story takes place in the year 2020, 5 years after a cancer-based, cell mutating virus pandemic spread and infected nearly 60% of the world's population.

Since the outbreak, the world has gone in a state of panic and chaos. Almost sending the human race into the blink of extinction. The entire continent has been placed under Martial Law. The military took over and controlled the situation, setting up Evacuation Areas for the civilians the would later transport them into much secure locations called, Safe Zones.

Later, a higher sector of the Military calling themselves the 'Black Raven' erupted, specialized on Mutant Defense Protocol. They protected several surviving continents around the globe. But then, Black Raven seized the opportunity, putting down all the remaining governments and taking over the world.

The world will soon be ignited once again into chaos, between the Black Raven, the anti-military group that considers the Black Ravens as tyrants, and the countless hordes of mutants around the world.

And a man, code-named 'Project 09' also infected by the virus. Showed different effects from the virus that have mutated and killed the humans. The virus granted him incredible superhuman powers and abilities. But at a big cost, the virus slowly takes over his humanity, turning him the alpha among all the mutants. The only thing that is holding the virus back from taking his humanity is his search for his daughter that he has lost, during the outbreak.

He is the only one who can stop the virus. Using the abomination of the virus itself, to destroy the mutants that it has created. But if he fail and the virus takes him over and becomes the Alpha Mutant. He is the one who will destroy the remaining race of humans
