This is just a book of words that I cannot say to those who need to hear it most. Sometimes because I'm too afraid or I know them too well to know their reaction.
Please do not judge or be rude, I'm putting up chapters as I go through extreme emotions that I write down. So this is very personal for me and is only meant as a release of emotion. Thank you x

However, do not let your fear dismiss the truth. Do not believe the lies you constantly tell yourself to ignore the pain you are feeling. Do not let the sum of someone else's trauma silence you.
