Elliot Baker was a man with his own trauma. War, pain, anger it was all still there. Now blind he starts to try and deal with his issues but that changes when Nick Fury shows up recruiting him to be an avenger. The worst part was he did not have a choice because he knew who he was, The Human Inferno.
Steve Rogers has been lost since waking up from ice. His mind playing back memories as if it were yesterday. It pained him of all that was lost, but at least they won the war and Peggy was still alive. However it becomes increasingly hard to just pretend to fit in where he doesn't belong but alas he joins the Avengers. In doing so he meets a fellow veteran with his own scars to bear. The most interesting part were his eyes that glowed like fire.

Taking her back to the tower, they try to help her, only to find that she has no memory of them, and now holding her own power. Thor wants nothing more than to destroy every single person who had hurt her, his need to protect her burning within him.
