On the 4th year aniversery of Tony Stark's old friends deaths, he realises not only did they leave behind a company, Parker Industries ,but they also left behind a son. Peter Parker.

*A/N im not good at descritptions but, basically Tony Stark is gonna adopt a kid, by the name of Peter Parker, his old bestfriends son.*
