This story took place in ancient times, Newtropia, when two mythical creatures miraculously fell in love with each other.
Due to their love being so powerful, it caused feud within their city families. They belong to two different elemental cities.
Therefore, a new law had been created which was called "Forbidden Love."
Although a new law was created, the couple had secretive encounters in Newtropia. Until one rainy afternoon, a mermaid spotted something quite strange. Rather peculiar. Something that could ruin their elemental city and cause disruption between their families. She saw the loving creatures staring deeply into each other's eyes while their fingers interlocked. When she informed her city King, a ruling in Underworld Zydar commenced. It was the most horrifying experience for the couple due to breaking the law. Only wrongdoers are admitted to Underworld Zydar.

The school is just for magical creatures to learn more about themselves and their history. It was made over three hundred years ago and still run by a fairy named Cassiopea and her daughter Cassia. Arion is excited to go because his parents refuse to teach him anything about other magical creatures other than dark magic. They believe it is irrelevant for him to know because they think he will take over the world one day. And why should a leader know anything about his subjects? Arion convinces his parents that if he goes to the school he can do recon on the other magical people so he can learn about them and make it easier for him to take over.
