This is an alternate story of the Seven Deadly Sins/Nanatsu No Taizai anime/manga series crossing over with the Yu-Gi-Oh anime/manga series. Rather than swords and magical abilities, battles are fought with the Yu-Gi-Oh Duel Monsters Card game.
Though it isn't necessary to have seen either of the shows mentioned above, it would be helpful for some readers to know a thing or two about the Yu-Gi-Oh card game. Concepts such as turn phases and how each type of card is summoned or played might be useful knowledge for readers.
The story does not follow any of he official Yu-Gi-Oh series. Cards owned and used by official Yu-Gi-Oh characters may be in the possession of Seven Deadly Sins characters in this story.

Yugi is learning how to fend for himself, becoming a little more like the Pharoah each day. In the past, when the Seven Deadly Sins were framed by the kingdom, a great holy war was fought out. However, the Sins weren't the only ones accused falsely of crimes. Many years ago, emerged the legend of the War Beast, a living being who was once apart of the Seven Deadly Sins but changed by the will of the gods yet soon disappeared right after that fate as the rumours were told. After the bloodshed, the sins dispersed and went into hiding. A few years later Princess Elizabeth seeks out to find the hiding sins after the sudden fall of Liones and the shocking corruption of the holy knights. But little did the princess know, far away, someone awoke from their slumber and is thrilled for a family reunion.
