Rachel Schmidt finds herself entangled in a deadly grand scheme.

Carlisle is the city all ships want to go to in the silver seas. Rather it's for repairs or to refill supplies, pirates and saylors alike can be found in the crowded waterways and market. When a hanging happens and Rachel begins to wonder if she could keep going anymore, she finds her own neck on the line. Unable to remain in the safety of her home, and leaving behind her loved one, Rachel joins a group of mischievous pirates.

With officials and saylors coming for Rachels's head, she learns just how firmly her new crew believes in bonds. Watching others sacrifices themselves Rachel must face a haunting past if she wants to make amends with her future. But when a truth comes out, Rachel sees another side of the pirate crew that she hadn't expected.

Rachel can do nothing but watch as a hand is dealt to her. From crazy sea monsters to meeting others who are just as dangerous, and seeing mermaids who are deadlier than their songs, Rachel's adventure is just beginning.

✺Complete! ✺ Thank you for 3K reads! ✺ In the year 1764, Maria is thrust from her world in 2024 into a perilous time of pirates, betrayal, and uncertain alliances. Stranded on the American coast, she finds herself at the mercy of the infamous pirate captain, Stephen Bonnet-dangerous, charming, and impossible to trust. As the two are forced to pretend a bond deeper than it is to evade the law, they begin to question whether the connection they're faking is becoming real. The lines between deception and desire blur as both Maria and Stephen grapple with growing emotions neither of them expected, all while the looming threat of capture and betrayal shadows their every step. Faced with enemies at sea and secrets on board, they must navigate more than just the dangerous waters of the Atlantic. Edit: In this story, Stephen Bonnet is not a rapist or throwing kids overboard. I loved his charm on the show but hated his exremely violent side. So I wrote this for you to enjoy his dangerous charm, without getting traumatized. He's a dangerous hard to read pirate with a strong temper out of touch with his feelings. The story has the same elements of timetraveling through the stones as written by Diana Gabaldon. I took the character Stephen from her stories and gave him a softer twist. The fanfiction hopefully has similar vibes but mostly come from my own imagination. Also be ready for some spicy chapters! The Hunter's Pursuit

63 parts Complete Mature

For centuries, the oceans of the world have served as a refuge for the pirates who sailed upon them, but many other dangerous creatures lurk beneath the surface and are now making themselves known. A terrible beast from ancient legends has returned and is now a plague upon the seas. The Pirate Lords are tasked with hunting down the beast, but tensions amongst them are fraught, making things more difficult, especially for Caspian and Primalia Flynn. They know that in order to face both threats surrounding them, they'll need help from someone who knows how to handle the larger of the two. The question is, will he be willing to take up his lance once more? And can he help them destroy the beast, or will another creature of the deep stand in their way? Warning: This book, while being a work of fiction, still deals with real and mature elements. There will be chapters dealing with sexual content, abuse, depression, gore, PTSD, and other topics which some might find triggering.
