Almran, a boy who holds a questionable background, lives in a farming village near the Forest of Quida ("Kwee-da") on the small Isle of Fruva. Albeit he is a kind soul who cares for the well being of others, his presence and peculiar features emanates a foreboding aura. When his village is vandalized several times with the culprits leaving strange messages behind direct towards a certain individual, the entire village suspects him as a target and banishes him for their own safety. With only his knowledge, skills, and cryptic messages, he sets out on an adventure to find out who is pursuing him and what he really is.
