Death runs in the Family

For centuries eighteen year old Aurora Servius family has kept a secert in her small town near Rome. Her family for generations was the acting members of Death. Being chosen for the mantle of death is considered a honor only when the acting member has a heir does that member die and the mantle is passed on. This year Aurora is chosen to become death but she doesn't know if she can handle such responsibility, only when does a secert religious organization that thinks what her family is doing is sacrilegious and they won't stop until every member of her Family is killed.
