Liberty's summer is just starting to be looking up, she finally persuaded her mother into staying in North Beach with her grandparents for the three whole months before sophomore year starts in college. She's recently broken up with her ex, Emmett Morris and this is the perfect place for a get away! She meets an amazing boy at her new job who she suddenly learns that he has a girlfriend the second day they had been flirting with each other non-stop. Things go downhill soon after.
