DEVILON is a city rotten and eaten by the insects of the underworld and the filthy rich.

 This city gives rise to a man who wants to imprint his ideology of a totalitarian government on the city as he has lost faith in the democracy. This is his journey of creating the city of his dreams and punishing the people who have used the city and it's  people to climb the stairs of success.
