Quotes about depression, anxiety, suicidal thoughts and stuff like that. Some of these are thoughts from myself and some others are thoughts I've came across on Instagram, google or lyrics from songs :) if you are reading this then it's probably because you are depressed, upset and/or not in a good place so just remember to try and stay strong, there are always people who care for you even if you don't think it.
