One city in particular, Raynor City, is the most technologically advanced and colonized city of  America, but also the most dangerous. In this city they have a corrupt justice system, they have buildings dedicated to execute those who oppose their way of governing, these are the Red rooms. Those who are sent there die in  the most unimaginable ways.
