30 years after the nuclear war, the world is now a wasteland, cities have begun to colonize the earth once again. One city in particular, Raynor City, is the most technologically advanced and colonized city of  America, but also the most dangerous. In this city they have a corrupt justice system, they have buildings dedicated to execute those who oppose their way of governing, these are the Red rooms. Those who are sent there die in  the most unimaginable ways. When a band of rebels break free before their death sentence, they begin to cause chaos across the city, causing Raynor to evacuate all the citizens and are forced to live in a world that even the bravest of people fear.All Rights Reserved
