What's Mine is Yours... What's Yours is Gone

The dark hedgehog beside him narrowed his ruby eyes, "Better question; why on Mobius are you plastered all over it?!" He exclaimed.

The Commander thought it strange when his top agents, Shadow and Rouge, came back from their mission early looking horrified. He thought it stranger when they told him that Eggman, who had disappeared a few moths ago, was currently splattered all over the wall in his own base. When Tower himself decides to go back with them and examine the scene for himself, why do Eggman's computers allow them easy access? Even more suspicious, why is there a well-thought-out list of apologies riddled with notes for Sonic in particular? Did Eggman have a sudden spur of regret or is this all some elaborate trick?
