It seems that this type fanfic are lacking so here is my attempt but it's summary time:
As result of Operation Dark Winter, Directive 51 was signed in response to a possibility of a bioterror on the United States. Upon the Green Poison outbreak the Strategic Homeland Division were activated throughout the United States to maintain order and to reestablish the continuation of the government. Following the events of The Division 2, what happens when a division agent and a rogue are transported to the RWBY universe and have to work together? Will society once again fall in this strange new world? When society falls, we rise.

Jaune Arc, a man that was sent to the 4 Kingdoms to hide from his Father. Just like with the rest of his Siblings, due to War caused by their Father, Nicolas Arc. They we're sent into hiding for their own safety. This a cooperative project of JesterEntertainment and me, zhe one you read the story on right now. Consider it something new i wanted to try. The story will work like this. We both do the proloque and then it is a switching of authors with every chapter. Meaning ch1 for them. Ch2 for me. ch3 for them and so on. And because i apparently have to mention it. Warning this story will go into darker themes(which i am honestly terrible at writting so thank god that they are there). Team SAFF: A RWBY Story (Under Revisment)
This story will take place in the current RWBY universe, but it starts at volume one. This story is based on an RWBY DnD that never got to actually start due to certain issues. But my imagination took off, and I just turned it into a story. There will be new chapters after each session, and there will be references to the RWBY show we all love. Think of it like how Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. from Marvel was aligned with the MCU timeline. Hope you enjoy.
