I don't know if astral travel is real or not, so I'm going to try to learn how to astrally project. Y'know... for research purposes. I'll keep a journal here, just to jot down my experiences.
UPDATE: now including lucid dreaming, too, which is more scientifically plausible.

Dream Journal and Analysis
I want to start by saying I am no Psychologist, nor do I specialize in any sort of study of the mind. I just happen to have very strange dreams that I prefer to write on paper (ironically) and analyze them myself and how I feel it resembles what I truly think about when I'm not in control.
