Wir schreiben das Jahr 2148. Macht, Gier und Versuche an Mensch und Tier haben diese Welt zu Grunde gerichtet. Die Welt wird von den Vier Ministern regiert und von Verteidigern überwacht. Die Städter müssen sich ihren Status erarbeiten mit guten Taten. Neben den Städter gibt es allerdings noch die Gesetzlosen. Sie sind bekannt das sie die Städter angreifen und einen weiteren Krieg anzetteln wollen.
Lusinda Waits die Tochter des zweiten Ministers und in der Abteilung für Überwachung lebt ein sehr gutes Leben. Sie hält das ganze System für Richtig bis sie den Grim Reaper und seine Freunde kennen lernt. Dieser ist der Anführer der Gesetzlosen. Obwohl sie nicht weiß wer hinter dem Grim Reaper steckt lernt sie das System des Ministeriums von einer ganz anderen Seite kennen und trifft auf jemanden der ihre Ganze Ansicht und Leben auf den Kopf stellen wird.

Each of those men was very much terrified when they encountered these mystical beings, which looked like elves in appearance, but they accepted their offer, which they saw as a chance of changing their fate. The mystical beings did not actually tell them the way to change their fate but opened a rainbow multidimensional portal and all said the same thing, which is "FOLLOW ME IF YOU WANT TO CHANGE YOUR FATE," with a hand gesture signaling "follow me" towards the man they are individually with. These men did not hesitate but followed them through the portal with the mindset that they didn't have anything to lose by doing so, and they saw it as a chance of gaining salvation.
