---Since this is based off a AU i had, i'll explain something to you!---
In my AU, After the bite of 87, i made it to where, the animatronics did get on the list to be scrapped, but a neighboring branch of the franchise decided to buy them off and re-used them at their location that was far from the main one. That is what the Marionette is referencing when he says: "That's why, after that terrible day of the year 87, after someone bought us and used us at this location..."
