Jake Johnson is his name, an 18 year old. When he was 5, Jake was given up for adoption. He was placed at a Foster home, with other 3 children. Their names are Benny is only 6 days old (new Foster baby), Joy age 16, and Shane age 17. This place is cruel, the Foster parents don't really take care of them, the suppose to be mother treats them like crap, the father is a fat drunk, has no job, and beats on the kids. They live off of welfare money.
Jake got older, his brother Shane and sister Joy (which considers as his siblings) had a chance to leave when he was 7. They write Jake and Benny who is now 13. Jake wanted to leave so bad, but times got hard in their economy. No jobs were hiring. Jake sometimes thinks will he ever be able to leave before the place kills him first.
