What would probably go wrong if a 17 year old teenager has a terrifying nightmare ?

A somewhat typical fantasy in you guys know things like Sorcery , dark magic , a little bit of tech science and much more coming in the other parts (probably SOON).

After the nightmare the events which happened in it are begging to seem somewhat real in Alex's life , could they be true or just a Fantasy!!!?
