Memories that come back in the shape of dreams. Or, more exactly, as vivid nightmares...

A one shot that came as a result of a rainy afternoon and after thinking a lot about a certain ex-thug's past and about a certain and utterly captivating couple (jonawagon/speedjona/jonaspeed/speedstar, whatever you want to call it, dear reader).

This is not a songfic, even though the title/subtitle and the first lines above come from Anthrax's Safe Home song. It's a song/lyric that truly fits this ship. I highly recommend listening to it (I'm linking the acoustic version inside).
