Laney is sixteen years old. She is an only child and lives with her mom. She's been living in Denver her whole life but when her mom suddenly has a heart attack and passes away she can't stay in the place where she became motherless.

Now she lives in Miami with her aunt and goes to Kasdville Highschool. But when, she becomes friends with a group of people will she find happiness? Or will the opposite just happen.

Zach/Graser is seventeen years old. Him and his group all do youtube. They each have a pretty fair amount of subscribers. Zach is dating Beatrice but when things start to go south will they make it through? It seems as if every relationship Zach's in starts to go wrong. When he develops feelings for Laney will someone take her away? Is it just Zach's bad luck or is someone messing up all of his relationships?
