You're Safe Now (Steve X daughter)

After Loki attacks New York, Capitan America and the other Avengers go out to help people from the rubble. Then Steve finds a girl whose parents died in the attack, and when he tries to give her to the authorities she refuses to leave his side and let go of his strong hand.

Now four years later they are as thick as thieves. He is the parent she lost, and she is the child he never knew he needed. But what will happen when the Avengers fall apart.
