Over time, things have changed. David has moved on from being in her life and she's diagnosed with leukemia. She lives ever so lost in the world and still doesn't have the courage to tell him the truth. 

But time is ticking and she's going to die in less than a month. Her last wish is to see David right before she passes to tell him the truth. Will David respect her wishes or will Fallon have to be gone for him to understand?
