((Currently, I am rewriting this story to fit my current writing style, given this was written when I was in high school and I am in college now. There are a lot of changes, but I am leaving the original because I still like looking back on it. Florence was supposed to be the first child to Raoul and Christine de Chagny. Sadly, that wasn't the case. From the moment her parents saw her black eyes they knew Raoul was in no way the father. They knew it was the Phantom who had given Christine the child to make them suffer. Raoul, unable to keep this ghost of his past, takes Florence to the Opera Populaire knowing the Phantom still was lurking there as they tried to restore the place.The Phantom was in fact still there and he gladly took his daughter, hoping to raise her to be one of the opera's greatest singers. And as she grew, it was obvious his plans would succeed. But when Florence begins to fall for one of her patrons, will the Phantom allow her to love?
*Just so you know, this is not just about the Phantom's daughter, but also about the Phantom himself, the Giry's, and the de Chagny's*

Raoul's older sibling returns to Paris and is instantly fascinated by the Phantom, Erik in turn is just annoyed to have one more de Chagny in the picture. So they go for a hunt, each with their own motives. It turns out differently as each of them expected. Ok let's see. Phantom of the Opera fan fic, ummm, what else? I don't own any of the characters except the reader and her brother, also their parents and a woman by the name of Chevrolet Boucher. All credits to the respective owners. Love the musical and original novel. Erik x reader here we go. You gotta read the story to know what happens btw. Credit to my friend Pastelgaykid for helping me with the basics of the story. Like the parents back story, ages,cause to make it more less pedoey, we changed the phantoms age. I KNOW, I know, but really, I'm not gonna write a story about a 40 year old man falling in love with 19 year old. P.S. Eighteen-year-old Christine is a singer in the Paris Opera. A strange man is watching her behind her dressing room and wants her to be his wife. He tricks her into believing that he is an angel from heaven, the Angel of Music. Eighteen-year-old Raoul is in love with her, but marriage is frowned upon because of the class difference between them. He is from minor royalty and she is from a poor family. He is suspicious of this "angel" and tries to rescue Christine from him when he kidnaps her and takes her to his home in the caverns underneath the opera house. This is my adaptation of the original book "The Phantom of the Opera" by Gaston Leroux. The book is now in the Public Domain. I have edited it for grammar and deleted a few parts that didn't contribute much to the story. I also changed the ending a bit. The illustrations are original pen and ink drawings by me. The story is not a "great romance," like the publicity from the stage play would like you to think. It is more of a crime/mystery/detective story.Concluída
