Izukie Midoriya was announced quirkless as a child, parents worked far,one over seas,the other,in California.Best friends left her beaten up for being weak,laughed at and teased. Bakugo Katsuki and Kacchan,are names she'd never say again. 
 Taken by a villian and tortured,escaped and grew up taking in a cat with weird meow. Nine years pass,no one has spoken to her,cops haven't looked for her, teachers and students were confused. 
Another year passes and Bakugo notices a Female with short hair....

Izukie changes,Class 1-A kinda hates on her,She notices more things as the race continues...
