A RANGER IS BORN
First off, this story was not written by me. I am posting it for a friend of mine, with permission of course. This took place in a Dungeons & Dragons game over 30 years ago. It is a about how one of the player characters got his start; Crentar Bronn. He is a human ranger of 1st level in this story. This is important to note, because it'll bring more perspective as you read the story. I was the DM (Dungeon Master) for this game. At the time, we were still in high school, which of course, gives away our age. lol I decided to have each character do it solo before they actually met up with each other. A teaser so-to-speak. Eventually, there was five player characters in the game. My friend who ran Crentar Bronn remembers this whole solo adventure to this very day in great detail. A few years after the game is when he wrote this story. We were recently reminiscing about 'old times' and he told me that he actually wrote it out as a story. He was then able to find it on an old hard drive & then sent it to me. I was very surprised at how good this is & how great his memory was from that adventure. I'm flattered that he was so inspired by it, that he turned it into a story! I hope you enjoy this early adventure of Crentar Bronn as much as we did. Perhaps, with enough comments & likes, he'll be inspired to write more chapters. THX
The Rewritten Quest For The Lost Mixamajig
NOTE: I do not own Mixels and therefore this is not an official canon Mixels work of fiction and applies nothing to the overall series nor its overall lore. It's a part of a project called "Mixels: Rewritten" meant to create a revolution in the sheer nature of mixels fan-written literature. Only LEGO and Cartoon Network (more specifically Fred Tatasciore) owns the Mixels franchise. All rights reserved. And because this fanfiction is a sequel to Mixels Rush, "Mixel Tornado Rush Hour", much like the canon counterparts of the two, this fanfic will take place a few years after the Mixels Rush rewrite. This story inspo came to me while making tacos for dinner. I'm not even joking. Alice I'm the last daughter of the Queen of Hearts. Fifth in line for a throne to a kingdom fallen to war and ruination at the hands of my own flesh and blood. Magic is failing us and our mages are at a loss on how to fix it. Their solution? Steal it. Until one day she narrowly avoids being kidnapped, discovering in the same day a whole new universe that she is supposedly a part of. As she navigates the elven world of Earthe with the help of a particularly attractive elf boy, she learns secrets about her identity and her father's, of whom she believed had ditched her and her mom at an early age. Soon Mia discovers that peace isn't as easy as it seems, and while Earthe may be beautiful, there are dark parts that are creeping back to the light. Even in a world of perfect beings such as elves, lies can be spun as precisely as an arrow can pierce a target, and evil can sneak up on you when you least expect it. Mia is used to reading about this kind of stuff, not living it. Safe to say she finds herself in one hell of an adventure. - - TW: if you need a tw for fighting, violence, weapons, blood, death, etc. I would read with caution (I don't get into any gory details, but there are scenes w/ this) I will put tw's for the more violent scenes.Complete

Many centuries ago, an unspoken darkness swept across the land taking all that was light and pure in the world with it. Creatures of this darkness roamed free to spread the darkness wherever they went consuming any trace of light remaining. In order to stop The Darkness from controlling the world, a group of priests took the remaining pieces of light and placed them within the body of two chosen children. They became known as the Children of the Light. Their sacrifice was not in vain, leaving behind spoken words for the next generation of children born with the pure light energy within them. Over time an organisation built on these words was formed called The Guardians, who were tasked to seek out the next chosen children and protect them from The Darkness should it rise again. Centuries have come and gone as the battle between the light and the darkness still rages on, unaware of the human race that creatures live among them and that a battle between them and the guardians has gone on for many years. Present day we find ourselves in a small city named New Haeven that has become the centre of the secret world of light and dark.The current story follows a Guardian by the name of Ronin. Ronin saw the faces of the new Children of the Light and was tasked by the Elders to track them down and protect them at all costs.The children were both college students and were one male and one female whose names were James Hillman and Sara Danvers..When Ronin went to see he ran into a ghost from his past, Lillian.
