After being bullied for years for being gay, then threatened by the families of the teenagers who bullied him, Devon's father sent him to Croxton to stay together with Ivan and Blake to avoid being harassed in his old town. Due to the incident, he was traumatized and developed a fear for big and tall men. His cousins' boyfriends were tall and being constantly around him was not helping at first but he got used to it later. He was a romanticist at heart and had hoped he would find happiness just like his cousins did.
Would his happiness come in a form of a certain big and tall man who was a CEO of his own company, running a nature and environment magazine as well as owning a certain renowned aquarium establishment in the country?
Gabriel was aching for a permanent spouse, a lover and a soulmate. His only serious relationship ended up in disaster and he was afraid to fall in love again. He had worked himself almost to death and managed to climb on the corporate ladder to the top. He thought his work would take him off his mind of the desire of another skin but it proved him wrong. Lying, deceitful, desperate men and women threw themselves to him but he remained stoic in his heart afraid of old wound reopened again.
Can his heart be warmed again with the presence of a gentle and blunt young man who appeared to understand his every want and need despite the man himself was having issues with himself? His lack of selflessness and thoughtfulness were affecting him and he couldn't help but feel the need to cater to the young man's need, despite their 10 years old gap.
