Four-year-old Minami Hara had the same dream as every other kid her age; to be a Hero. But after being diagnosed as Quirkless, her dream was almost shattered.
Piecing it back together was harder than Minami would have liked to admit, but with help from her friends, the process brought out a new strength in the growing girl.
Fourteen-year-old Minami Hara wanted to go down in history as the very first Quirkless student to apply to the UA hero course. Well, even though they weren't the first, they definitely made a name for themself by failing miserably. Even the other quirkless kid had gotten in, turning out to be not-so-quirkless after all. Still, Minami's hope refused to snuff out.
Now, Fifteen-year-old Minami Hara is a first-year in the general studies course of a local public high school. With the help of their estranged and mischevious father, the scatterbrained teen finds a way to live out their long-standing dream against all odds... as well as laws.

Yet, one student in particular seemed to catch your eye. An ash haired boy, who has a HUGE temper and ego, and is set on becoming the #1 hero. Huh, a cocky bastard and a outcast.
