Drakenia is a dragon...a special dragon. No, not just the last Shifter alive, but the Dragon Empress. Or she was, anyway, before she threw herself into a volcano to destroy the ring of power and kill Sauron. After her sacrifice, however, she was not killed, but sent to a kind of in-between place instead. As what is left of the Fellowship tries to hunt her down with the help of a special few, Drakenia struggles to survive the beautiful wasteland that she has been sent to. Will she want to return to Middle Earth, even if her friends are able to find her?
