Y/N was a senior officer on the mining ship Red Dwarf, She is very smart and has been working under the captain's wing for years! but when a radiation leak is in full force, she is forced to use an escape pod for her safety. The pod she escaped in put her into stasis for 3 million and 5 years and when she wakes up, she finds she is aboard the Dwarf and stuck with Lister, Cat, Kryten and the hologram himself, A.J Rimmer...
As she gets to know the crew she starts to warm up to Rimmer even if he is quite a git.....

Well this is a story involving him. It takes place just before they set out on their adventure to destroy the one ring and save middle earth. But this isn't just about Merry. There's another who you won't have heard of. Alora Headstrong is a young hobbit of the shire, Bywater to be more precise. She is the height of 3ft 6" and has short chocolate brown hair which is always curled perfectly. Her eyes are a deep blue/green colour and she is quite smart as you would say. Anyway, this is the story of how she find a new friend (Merry) while disobeying her father, over comes most of her fears and maybe, just maybe, finds the guy of her dreams. After meeting Merry 18 years prior, and then being forbidden from leaving the house on her own, Alora is given permission from her father to go to a party at the Green Dragon Inn. There she spots somebody who looks strangely familiar... After becoming friends, she soon finds herself falling for a guy. But two things stand in their way. Alora's Father and a bit of competition.
