'No man is above the law and no one is below it; nor do we ask any man's permission when we ask him to obey it' If the world had no law, people would be running down the streets killing everyone with a home knife. Even with certain laws, mankind had already broken much of them involving; bribery, corruption, malice, and even deceit. In the modern world, money is everyone's new God.
