There are four facets of life: Strength, Honor, Loyalty, and Death. To a Mandalorian, strength is life. The strong have the right to rule and conquer the weak. Defiance rather than capitulation is seen as giving one both spiritual strength and honor.
Honor is gained by fighting despite the odds. Victory brings honor. Even fighting and losing gives honor to the defeated for at least they acted. Far better to die honorably than to survive through dishonorable means.
Loyalty to one's clan is all. A Mandalorian must fight not only for his Mand'alor but also for his clan. If one's actions do not bring honor to his family, then they have no place in the clan. They become DAR'MANDA; to be without a soul.
Death is the final facet. Everyone dies. Not all truly live. When a warrior passes will it be with strength and honor or in cowardice? What legacy does the warrior leave?

Broken Codes by LeeraIvy
46 parts Complete
Lesia Mirri never wanted to be a Jedi. The rules of the Code didn't sit well with her restless spirit. Lesia resisted their teachings and attempted to close herself off from the Force. In a final attempt to teach her, the Jedi Council assigned her to Master Ki Adi Mundi. During the final months of the Clone Wars, Lesia found herself growing close to her master and she became more open to what he had to say. When the Purge disrupted life as she had known it, Lesia was thrown headfirst into a lawless galaxy. Armed only with the little knowledge she'd bothered to learn, Lesia struggles to make a way for herself. Once, she had shunned the Jedi. Now, the galaxy needs them, needs her, more than ever. The way of the Mandalore is not an easy path to follow, but it is all Nakoa Sen has ever known. As a child, he found himself being raised by a Mandalorian covert, one of the first who called themselves Children of the Watch. Nakoa later chose to venture into the galaxy as a bounty hunter, to provide for his new Clan. He stumbles across Lesia Mirri and eventually recruits her help for a mission. He quickly learns that while he devoutly follows his code, there are others who abhor rules of any kind. Nakoa soon finds himself wondering if he truly knows what path he wants to follow, and if he can actually break the code that his people hold so dear. Warning This book, while being a work of fiction, still contains real elements and deals with the subject of war. There may be chapters that deal with death, suicide, slight gore, etc. (Canon characters as well as planets within the Star Wars universe are not created by me. I only take credit for my original characters and this story.) Opposites Attract (The Mandalorian x Jedi Reader) Star Wars: The Mandalorian

23 parts Complete

Suppress the force. They'll never find you. I'm a Mandalorian. This is the way. A jedi padawan on the run from ex-impreials. An ex-bounty hunter betraying the guild in order to protect the asset. How you ended up being trained into jedi knighthood a few years after the great purge, while constantly on the lookout for ex-imperials, to being a dishwasher for a bartender was a long story. Now the biggest questions was, how did you trust a stranger so quickly? A Mandalorian ex-bounty hunter out of all people. Why was he so overprotective of this green-skinned creature who he claims is his own child? You tried to connect the dots. Stay hidden from the imps and work as an underpaid dishwasher until you hairs turn grey? Or leave with the Mandalorian? Leave with the Mandalorian it is... And hope that he doesn't kill you. Reader/(y/n) is female :)))))
