With Agent 3 making the decision of taking 8 under her wing, their friendship begins. However, 8 notes the seriousness that 3 wields, yet is determined to pursue their friendship. However, it is clear to Nova that while Inkopolis as a whole was amazing in his eyes, it is clear that he's not particularly welcomed with the rest of the inklings. With a city new to the octoling, comes a new life, and with that, new struggles. That isn't to say that newfound feelings aren't included... How will Agent 8 come to deal with these new challenges? They get situated easily enough, but...they still don't have friends, even with a curious sea hareling named Y following them around. Life is boring for a little while until Y takes them to meet their friends. And for a moment, life doesn't seem so bad... Until they invade. Not Makoids, not Salmonids. The Chrysalings. Strange hybrids of insects and cephalopods have come to Inkopolis bay to take everyone back to their home, wanting to please their ruler with the love for music, friends and battle that everyone has.
