Annabeth is a tough, intelligent, and strong-minded girl. She moved from San Francisco with her family when her mom got a new post in New York. There, she made new friends and met a boy named Percy, who unexpectedly catches her eye. They go on to become great friends and face obnoxious girls, jerk boys, an unfair principal, weird teachers, and rumours that can kill. Will Annabeth let him know about her sad past? Will Percy trust her with his stress and problems? Will they fall in love?

I don't own the masterpiece that is Percy Jackson, that honour goes to Rick Riordan, writer of the century. I also don't own Heroes of Olympus, or Trials of Apollo. I literally don't own anything except for the storyline.

Annabeth is part of the Chases, the family that runs one of the departments of the Magistrates. Annabeth's father, Frederick, runs this department. It takes care of all petty crimes. Percy is the Chase's houseboy, a boy who serves the family with what they need. Annabeth is walking through town one day when she sees Percy steal some bread. She watches him get caught but Percy gets off with a warning. Annabeth walks by and when the merchant isn't looking she steals some bread and cheese. She goes after Percy to give him the food so he wouldn't go hungry. He takes the food and flees but becomes a wanted criminal since it is his second offence. Witnesses say they saw Percy take the food. Meanwhile, Annabeth is also stuck in an arranged marriage with the son of the other head of the Magistrates but is falling for the boy who stole the bread when she starts meeting up with him during the night. One day, Annabeth is sitting in on one of her father's court sessions and Percy is brought in, beaten bloody.
