Two girls. Two very different worlds.
Samantha Wright comes from a rich family. Raised by her mother she's spoiled and used to getting whatever she wants, from new shoes to shopping trips in Paris. To top it all off, she's the most popular girl in school, with her best friend, Makenzie Phillips at her side.
Lyanne Knight isn't as well of as Samantha. Her mother left her with her father when she was a baby. Her father does drugs and is not home much. Lyanne works a job after school to put food on the table and she has to keep her grades up. Life is definitely not easy for her.
