Orphaned

-Attention- Citizens of New Athens, by decree of the Elite, it has decreed that all orphans throughout the city, and all orphans to come are to be put to death by execution. The Elite take no pleasure in making this decision, however do to recent studies, it has been identified, that orphans are the leading individuals, in most thefts, vandalism, and murder cases. Take heed that anyone who shall house, or abed these individuals shall be considered traitors to the state.
