"Dad!" I yell as I walk into the house. I'm greeted by nothing, except silence. My dad is rarely home, I don't know what I am expecting. Ever since my mom died, he's been nothing but distant with me. I mean, he was always distant, even before mom passed, but before, I thought that he just didn't care about me, now... I know he doesn't. ********** "Hello?" I say through the phone, grabbing a cloth, running it through the faucet, and pressing it against my knee. "HAPPY BIRTHDAY!" I hear a chorus of people yelling through the crackly phone. I start to laugh. ******** My mom had died. My dad is an alcoholic that doesn't care about me. I have three best friends. One new friend (Who's a bartender/stripper/lesbian). A great job as a DJ at this amazing club. And a whole new idea to get away from my dad and stop holding on to the past. ********** "It called and emancipation," she said through the phone, laughing, knowing that I was anxious. This story is y/n (you) falls in love with a football player (an oc of mine). More info: Y/N is a 16 going on 17 year old female, in her Junior year of high school. It's her first day at a new school, a random person Airdropped her something and they begin to chat. This mystery guy is 17 and also his Junior year and is a football player. She knows nothing about him so she's determined to learn more. What she finds out shocks her completely. Preview: "Y/n! Come on let's go!" "Yeah! You are going to make us late!" "God! I'm coming I'm coming! I just needed to grab something." I said walking out to them. "Is that a book?" "Yeah- I really need to know what happens! I'm almost done with it, once I finish I'll watch the game don't worry." I assured the two of them. "Okay want ever you say." We left to go to the game finding a close-to-the-front seat. The three of us sat, we already bought some drinks and snacks. The game soon started and I began to read. "Player down!" Someone yelled as they ran a crossed the field. My head snapped up to get a look and I saw number 22 sitting up with one leg bent and the other laying on the ground. He seamed calm. "Alright, let's get you up," some one said kneeing next to number 22. "No no, I'm fine. Help them, they may be out, he is not responding to me." 22 insisted. Once the others heard this they ran to the other person, 85 from the other team. 22 glanced at the bleachers, briefly making eye contact with me, he then quickly looked back, almost as if doing a double take. He held the eye contact this time, I gave him a small smile and he gave me a sweet smile. "He smiled at you!" "It was just a smile," I said going back to my book. "You have a crush." "You definitely do, but we won't say anything, yet." I rolled my eyes at both of them. They were right, no, maybe. He was cute, the way his hair fell, and how he put the other player before himself. I thought it was cute.

"Why did you do it Eli?!", I growl with tears falling down my cheeks. Eli just stares at me with no emotion and then looks down to the ground. "Fucking answer me!", I hiss my hands flying everywhere. "It's in my nature I'm a bad boy", Eli grits his teeth. "How can you not think of me?! Your going to leave me alone " Eli murdered someone, he can be facing years or even life in prison! Just thinking about this situation makes me sick to my stomach I stood there shocked by his reaction. "It's over Gia!", Eli scowls with no emotion. "W-what?!", I scoff. "I said it's fucking over what part don't you understand?!", Eli shouts anger in his eyes. "Why? I don't understand!", I tremble. "I don't love you anymore!", He snaps. "You said you'll always love me forever? How can you just lose love for me so easily?!", I yell tears bursting out of my eyes.
