1.	将立方猪肉放入中等碗中,加入1茶匙盐,1/4茶匙糖和1茶匙酱油。混合蛋清和葱。盖上盖子,放入冰箱至少1小时。

2.	在大型重型平底锅或油炸锅中加热1夸脱油至365华氏度(185摄氏度)

3.	用1/2杯玉米淀粉涂上猪肉,在加热的油中煎约10分钟,直至均匀变成褐色。在纸巾上排水

4.	用中火加热1汤匙油。搅拌芹菜,青椒和洋葱,煮至嫩。用盐和糖调味。起锅备用

5.	在一个大锅里,混合1杯水,1/4茶匙盐,3/4杯糖,苹果醋,番茄酱和1/2茶匙酱油。煮沸后,在煮熟的猪肉,芹菜混合物和菠萝块中加入果汁搅拌均匀。再煮沸,加入2汤匙玉米淀粉和1/4杯水使其变稠。煮至混合均匀
