In a world different yet similar to our own, tension rises. The Earth was split into Four States years ago: the North, the East, the South and the West. It was fine, until resources started to run out. Governments started breaking laws and agreements.

This led to wars. 

This led to the rise of a so called "Terror" organisation: Manumission.

All this led to the oppression of media. 

The general public is painfully ignorant, no one speaks about the other States.

Jamie was like those people. He just wanted to live, spending his time with his wife and becoming a punk icon with his band.
