Cassidy Smoak is the cousin of Caroline Forbes. She lived in Mystic Falls her entire life until het parents passed away in a car accident with the parents of Elena Gilbert. After the accident she moved to New York to live het grandparents. But now 2 years later she is moving back to her home town, Mystic Falls. But is everything still the same after all these years? There are new people in town, Stefan and Damon Salvatore. Elena the best friend of Cassidy is even dating one of the new guys but she can't remember which one it was. She doest't know because she hasn't spoken to her friends in these 2 years exept for Caroline. But is everybody still the same? Can she trust everybody? Read it in Returning Back.
