Globally popular progressive metal band, Dream Theater, has just selected its new drummer. Reality meets fantasy when, introducing Mangini as a part of the group, the members of DT find themselves encountering something surprising, something magical that they had somehow created together.

This is a Real Person Fan Fiction with original and fantasy aspects. John Petrucci, James LaBrie, Jordan Rudess, John Myung, and Mike Mangini are characters, along with appearances of others such as Misha Mansoor and Jake Bowen. Not all of the characters' attributes and actions in this story may truly reflect these real people, as they (the attributes and actions) are parts of the author's imagination.
