Eylysia, is a world of magic and wonder. Humans and beasts live side by side as equals and depend upon the guidance of the Council of Wizards to insure their prosperity and safety.
The Kahlisian Wars have ended and all seems peaceful in Arishamal until a group of violent zealots in a forbidden land raise an ancient evil to fulfill an apocalyptic prophecy.
It is in the paws of the first animal wizard, Robbia Veritus, and her comrades to save not only Arishamal, but all of Eylysia. She will seek the help of the great mother- goddess, Arisha, the golden spider, to combat deathless warriors, a doomsday cult, and an evil monstrosity from the dark past. Only the courage and ingenuity of Robbia and her loyal friends can prevent the complete destruction of this magical world.
This is the second novel in the series, but it is a standalone piece and can be read as such.
