Phoebe Holden is a charismatic girl who has just moved from Colorado to San Francisco with her Mom and two siblings. Phoebe finds herself with a new life and new friends as she starts her first day of school.
Phoebe finds herself having a bad first impression of her English Teacher Mr. Reed. Over time she warms up to him, and she starts to develop what she likes to call a small, tiny crush on her, quite yet dangerously handsome teacher.
As she starts to get to know him, she starts to form a bond with him and even if it's against the rules, they become friends, close friends at that. She comes to him with boy issues, family problems, and even school work because he is her teacher nevertheless.
Will they ever be able to become more and say consequences be damned if it means they love each other? The other problems are just risks they have to take because they are drawn to each other like moths to a flame .
