Over three hundred years ago, a powerful witch was put on trial in Salem. At the stake, she declared one thing.
One day, her power would return, as would the power of every other witch and warlock that was discriminated against, tortured, and murdered. This declaration, could mean chaos for the mortal realm. If the gifted child were to fall into the wrong hands, it could mean doom for humans.
As years went by, a secret coven waited for the birth of this child, scavenged the land and searched. This hunt was sent down generations and generations, their only goal was to find this gifted child, and use her to seek revenge on the people who discriminated against their ancestors years ago.
In the present day, witches and warlocks walked amongst the humans, some good, some bad, but the balance was equal. That's how it must stay.
For Blaire DelVaux, things were very good. 20 years old, a loving mother, a crazy little brother, a good job, an apartment blocks from her moms homes, good friends, well known in the community. Bystanders and the mythical alike would never believe that Blaire's life would intertwine with that of the wicca world. That was until a sunny Sunday afternoon, when strangers in red cloaks appeared in her mother's home.
From this day on, Blaire DelVaux's life would never be the same.
