Charlie Woods lived in a small town that was crawling with the supernatural, werewolves, witches, vampires, and mermaids included. His best friend was a member of the pack of werewolves that lived in his small town called Barrier. He knew of all the things that went bump in the night as opposed to his parents. Supernatural and humans alike attended the local high school. He was sworn to secrecy. He wasn't the most popular kid at school, far from it. He was clumsy and sarcastic and horrible at quick thinking. So when the first dragon in the last 2,000 years moves to his small town, he is the only person outside of the supernatural that knows. Regarded as the most dangerous being, he was surprised to find that it was a she, and a beautiful girl his age at that.  Little did he know, she would be his beast.
