What Lies Beyond the Water

Most towns have traditions, things of regularity that brought its people together. But instead a small town entitled Ruel, Maine has one of great melancholy. Every month, a newley turned eighteen year old girl will go missing and eventually be found spread across the waves of the river. By spread, they are found ripped from limb to limb. Nobody knows why, nobody knows who. It's something no one can ignore, you cannot run away from it.
Hannah has recently lost her sister, someone who she believed she could never live without. Now haunted by the terrible nightmares of the night her sister endured drowning in the river. She realizes she has received a calling to the water. And she would do anything to get her sister back, to save her parents from the pain of the loss. But in the meantime this may include losing her own life. Will Hannah finally figure out the secret of the wrath of the river, or will she be lost alone without her sister FOREVER ?
