Molly Drake is a stubborn girl. Molly's the type to continue bleeding if she has to ask someone else for a bandage. She's been this way for a while, and it's only ramped up since the death of her parents two years ago. As Molly tries to get into the rhythm of being a single parent to her six-year-old sister Avery, working part-time at the local diner, and going to university full-time, her life changes when something serious happens to Avery. And, she meets Theodore - who just happens to be a gorgeous soccer player at her university who wiggles his way into her life.
