Among quirks several types are discriminated against. Mutants are called freaks, quirks that destroy without any kind of flashieness are considered dangerous and best avoided, lesser quirks are considered useless and the only way a young wielder can avoid the bullying is by knowing a quirkless.
And last but not least mental quirks, quirks that can read or control someones mind. There is only one word people use to describe those with this type of quirk. Villain.
But good news Izuku Midoriya is gonna change all of that, if somewhat awkwardly.
A/N Izuku's power is heavily based off of Gowther from the seven deadly sins, since I like that character I will also use some of his personality.

Quirkless doesn't mean useless but because of how quirkless kids are being treated they often end up dead.. Izuku Midoriya is a kid that was born quirkless. Once his parents found out about this, they immediatelly abandoned him and threw him out on the streets. Being able to see things no one has ever, is not great. Izuku-a boy who just wants to live a normal life and become a hero-is cursed to see things he doesn't want to have anything to do with. He never asked to be Champion of Death, but he's stuck with the title. So he's cursed, quirkless, the main target of a murderer, and going to become a hero no matter what. Wait, a target?
